Running for Real Change

We can make a difference.

Environmental Action Podcast Episodes

Most of us have had them. The days when the air is thick with smoke from wildfires thousands of miles away, or when the streets have turned into rivers from flooding, or when we can’t stop sweating because the humidity is so high. Those days aren’t going away, but in these episodes we talk about what we can do to try to prevent them from becoming even more frequent.

“Running Realized” Podcast hosted by Tina Muir + Knox Robinson

Join Knox Robinson and Tina for this brand new podcast that discusses what we can do to uplift underrepresented genders, celebrate and include different cultures and backgrounds, and address the environmental impact of running. We’ll share stories, learn from experts, and provide immediate action listeners can take to be part of the solution.

Shopping for Good

When you can, shop local. Buy your shoes at an independent running store. Get your fruit and vegetables at the farmers’ market. Maybe there’s a shop in your town that specializes in eco-conscious, socially responsible products. When you can’t buy locally, here are some online sources to consider.

Environmental Action Resources and Places We Donate To

Archbishop Desmond Tutu said, “Do your little bit of good where you are; it’s those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world.” Besides doing good yourself, you can help make an even bigger impact by supporting environmental groups. We donate 10% of revenue each year to environmental action initiatives, but it doesn’t have to be that much; whatever support you can give will be used wisely and well by the organizations here.
